Jim is an advocate for business as a force for good and has long had a passion for understanding how people interact with brands, culture and technology.  He owns the brand consultancy Tank, and authors The Strategy Masterclass, and The Business of Creativity, online journals for young and emerging talent, creative leaders and entrepreneurs.

Jim is interested in meaningful communications and working with organisations which stand for something and seek to create positive impact in the world. He works with leadership teams to help them build brands, products and services that start with purpose and empathy for the people they serve.
