Victoria has twenty years’ professional experience across the corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors as a strategic advisor, partnership broker, trainer and facilitator. She specialises in enabling organisations to work together to address complex social and sustainability challenges. She established synergy2030 to enable collaboration between business, government, for-purpose and academic organisations toward the 2030 agenda for sustainable development.

Victoria is an accredited Partnership Broker and Partnering Trainer with The Partnership Brokers’ Association, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from Melbourne Business School. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is Co-Chair of 100 Story Building, a Melbourne-based social enterprise.
